FAQ
Does this support password-protected RAR archives? Currently, we do not support converting password-protected or encrypted archives. Only standard, unencrypted RAR archives can be converted.
Are my files extracted on your servers? The archive contents are temporarily extracted on a secure, sandbox filesystem to re-pack them into ZIP format. All temporary folders and files are permanently deleted immediately after conversion.
Is there a file size limit? Yes, we support files up to 20 MB each for conversion. If your archive is larger, you should use local desktop tools.
